Another Awesome Dance Arrangement

Well this time I'm gonna post a video about a group of around 200 dancers dancing to the song "Do-Re-Mi" from Sound of Music. This was done in Belgium's Antwerp Central Station and the amazing thing is, they only rehearsed twice before doing this dance. AWESOME!!!!

It may seem very messy at first....but when more people starts to join in, it actually looks awesome. People from young to old joined in this dance which makes it even more awesome because all of them can actually coordinate together dancing. The other thing is the techno beat towards the middle of the music. It was actually mixed nicely as it transit smoothly from the original song to the techno beat and then back to the original rhythm haha...

Anyway hope you guys enjoyed the video...will post more awesome videos if I can find it... :-)

Alright, I know it's been ages since I posted. Well just finished passing up all the assignments and walaa decided to post. But I just had to post this video up by Jon Schmidt. This is his new song from him upcoming album "Bonus Track" which would be released somewhere around May. Well this song is a combination of both song namely "Love Story" by Taylor Swift and "Viva la Vida" from Coldplay. This arrangement is entitled "Love Story meets Viva la Vida".

Not sure whether you guys had actually watched it, but let me just tell you this. This arrangement is freaking awesome. It's so awesome that I just need to post this LOL!!! Anyway here is the video. And oh remember to watch the story behind this song haha....

So after watching this video...what do you think? Is it better having two songs seperately or better with both songs combined? I showed this video to few of my friends and they actually liked it.

ZOMG!!! It's back

ZOMG!!!! The blog is updated again...haha....Yea I know it's been quite long since I last updated. Well as usual was busy and sometimes did not feel like updating it....

But having over 25000 hits on my blog, I can't bare to see it not updated haha...So I'm back with a quick update just to keep this blog alive...Will update more when I actually have more time....

Btw, if some of you who visits my blog and get offended with the stuff I post or do not understand what I posted at all PLEASE DON'T DROP A COMMENT SAYING THAT IT SUCKED OR THOSE MATERIALS ARE NOT SUITABLE!!!!!!! The blog is named "Life's Daily Rant" and by the word Rant, I really meant RANT!!!

It's been ten days since I last posted LOL......although was suppose to be rushing for assignments but distractions got into me...having RA3 and COD4 installed in my comp and PSP having so many new games, I am seriously distracted...hahaha....SQL assignment dateline has been postponed..which means I can have time to be distracted...but will be concentrating more on the group assignment first...due date coming up soon...LOL....Anyway as usual, I will try to update this blog if I can...and now for some lulz....

Guy Fawkes & the Gunpowder Plot
Words of "Remember Remember" refer to Guy Fawkes with origins in 17th century English history. On the 5th November 1605 Guy Fawkes was caught in the cellars of the Houses of Parliament with several dozen barrels of gunpowder. Guy Fawkes was subsequently tried as a traitor with his co-conspirators for plotting against the government. He was tried by Judge Popham who came to London specifically for the trial from his country manor Littlecote House in Hungerford, Gloucestershire. In England the 5th of November is still commemorated each year with fireworks and bonfires culminating with the burning of effigies of Guy Fawkes (the guy). The 'guys' are made by children by filling old clothes with crumpled newspapers to look like a man. Tradition allows British children to display their 'guys' to passers-by and asking for " A penny for the guy".

I installed photoshop into my system...yay...lol....will begin to explore the features soon enough and if I am good enough I might post up some of my work here...

Anyway not gonna brag about photoshop since I know many of you can do it way better than me. Just wanna brag about something that I can do way better than most of you if not all of you...hahaha.....I will be taking my Diploma in Performance for piano by end November and like some of you would know, I am suppose to come up with detailed analysis of the pieces I am suppose to play. For example, the composers, the feeling of the song and what is the song trying to say....

Although I may be good in playing piano however asking me to write this analysis is something that would be hard for me to do....DANG!!!!....Still thinking of how to actually write it out....Enough of bragging..let me show you a video....

Only one thing to say....I want to watch this movie......I got a few friends who told me that this movie is funny and nice....and yeah since I am into music this kind of show is suitable for me....in fact I can actually watch any movie except for ghost movies because they actually make me fall asleep (not bragging here..lol)...Hopefully I will have time to go and watch it....hahaha....maybe on the next post I can put more upcoming movie's trailer if and only if I am free to do that.... :P.... *background music playing some sentimental song* Today I learnt something very important. Firstly is to always backup my PSP save data in case any mishap happens and secondly is my first photoshop picture...LOL

Today I almost lost my PSP but thanks to my friend who picked it up for me. If not for him, I would have lost my PSP of almost one year..... *sentimental music still playing* Since we are rushing for lunch, I guess I must have not kept my PSP properly in my bag. When it fell out from my bag I seriously did not feel it. After lunch only did I realised I had lost it. I started panicking and tried to trace back the steps to find it....in the end when I went back to class the PSP was in my bag. My friend found it and gave it back....oh thank god....LOL.....and my friends around me is like..."Did you back up your save data? Cause if not you'll need to restart MHF2G.. " I seriously LOL'D that time...haha....

*Sentimental music stops. Bass Hunter - Boten Anna playing in the background lol* Now let's talk about the second thing i learnt. Photoshop. Two post ago I actually asked anyone to help me learn photoshop and today in lab i did it for the first time. I'm not gonna show you the end result because it's kinda bad...lol.......btw it was related to sporn creatures if you know what I meant...LOL....I was satisfied with the end result and man I am so gonna start photoshop-ing if I am able to....hahaha......

Maxis Center - It is so bad that it needs a blog post of its own!!!

There is a saying where it says, "Until you experience it, you will never know how it feels". I finally know what the saying means. My maxis sim card spoiled out of a sudden so decided to go to maxis center for a replacement. Went to the nearest maxis center in Endah Parade. There was a little crowd so I waited for my turn.

When my turn came, I told them that I would like to replace my sim card as it has spoiled and the lady there asked for my number. Conversation goes like this:

Me: My number is 017-6*****3.

Lady: Under what name ah this number???

Me: Says my name

Lady: It can't be you because you are so young.

Me: Huh? It's my name and of course I am young.

Lady: Nono...It says here that your IC number is in the year of '59.

Me: Huh?? No way it can be '59. (brings out IC for verification)

Lady: (checks the IC and said:) No but here it says '59.

Me: But can't you see my IC number there. The address is also there. So it's not my mistake.

Lady: Oh ok. Sorry but we can't do replacement for you if your details is wrong. You need to go to the walk in center in KL.

I was pissed that it took so long for her just to ask me to go to KL for replacement. When she knew that my IC and the details on their system she should have said so. Why is she constantly talking about the year of birth??? Never mind. Decided that it's still early so drove to Times Square. There was a bit of jam but what to do. I will need to replace my card or people will not be able to contact me..

Reached Times Square after being stuck on the jam for roughly 30 minutes. There were promoters standing outside the shop and asked me if I want their postpaid plan. I said no and there is another lady coming to me to assist me. So I told her that I need to replace my sim card and she asked me to take a sit.

This is the conversation.

Me: My number is 017-6*****3 and it is registered under my name. (brings out IC along)

Lady: Ok but there is some mistake on the IC number.

Me: Yeah, the center in Endah Parade told me to come to any of the KL center to make changes.

Lady: Are you sure? Because they can actually change it for you if they are an authorised maxis center.

Me: (WTF)But she told me to come to KL center. (starting to get pissed for being tricked)

Lady: I am sorry but let me just change the details for you.

(after 5 minutes)

Lady: Ok. Your details have been changed. How may I help you.

Me: I need to replace my sim card cause it's spoiled.

Lady: I am sorry but we are unable to replace for you currently because our server has been down since morning.

Me: (So freaking pissed off) Why don't you tell me earlier when I first came in and told you that I need to replace my sim card?

Lady: I am sorry but you did not mentioned that you need to replace the sim card.

Me: If I did not ask you WHY DO YOU ASK ME TO SIT DOWN?????

Lady: It's our courtersy to the customers.

Me: If it is courtersy, where is your courtersy to listen to my needs when I FIRST CAME IN???

Lady: I am sorry I must have missed that. Our server should be up in the evening.

Me: I am not gonna wait. I have gone to two centers and both are a waste of time. (walks off)

I was so freaking pissed at the service they provide. One is so freaking lazy to do a replacement for me and asked me to go to KL. One did not actually listen to the needs of the customer. Despite making so much advertisement and promoting their service, why don't they use the money to train their personnel first???? DAMN....what a waste of time!!!! I still have not replaced my sim card yet. And the next time I go and they give me all this BS again...I will just stick to DiGi then. At least DiGi does not charge for replacement while maxis charges for everything that you want to do.

Not sure of what to post so I'll just rant for today. Work was as usual. Started at 10am and supposingly to end at 9pm however decides to go back home early at 7pm. Yes I work for 11 hours on a Saturday.

College's starting next week and the timetable is one @#$%ed up crap. Classes are conducted everyday and there are only TWO and i repeat, TWO subjects. Not only that, classes starts as early as 8.30am and on some days end at 5.30pm. Imagine meeting the same lecturer in one day for a few classes.....DANG!!!!! And also I can't imagine dragging myself up every morning just to attend class on time. I might be able to for the first few days however over the days I will be getting lazy considering the fact that I am sleeping so early in the morning LOL......Some motivation like MHF2G might help...LOL.....

Of Gays, Transexuals and a Normal Guy - Who????

Been working the whole day in One Utama today and since there is no class and I am all alone in the office, I decided to go out for a walk. The crowd can be considered huge today despite being the Hari Raya holidays. While walking I saw this bunch of gays who dressed up so tightly and I mean literally TIGHT. Of course I won't be taking pictures of them or else I would have been "gay-ified" by them...LOL....Here's an example of what I saw:

It's not 100% alike but some parts especially shinny jackets resembles the group that I saw. Posting this does not make me hate them or have prejudice towards gays, however it just so happen caught my attention. Guess I must have been too free today haha.....

Another type of people that I saw are the transexuals. Some trans are succeessful in changing their image and appearance but some just PHAILED badly....LOL......You won't be able to differentiate between a real women and a trans if their transformation has succeeded...However those that failed badly will look something like this:

Everybody seems to be getting a lot of malwares and spywares inside their system these days. I know that malwares has been infecting many people since the Internet age started, however lately it seems that more and more people are getting infected.

I would not touch on any protection for your computer however if your system happens to be infected or you feel it has been infected, well Malwarebytes Anti Malware should be your first solution.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe or http://malwarebytes.gt500.org/mbam-setup.exe. Once done, double click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer please do so immediately.

The Random-ness - It's over 9000

Today I am gonna blog some random stuff here. Here is a short video if you guys do not know what over 9000 means....LOL

I am sure you guys still will not understand what over 9000 means after watching the video. You wanna know why?? Told ya it's random rite....LOL..... Anyway if some of you do not know what /b/ is, then it's gonna be hard for you guys to understand the whole 9000 video :P

Now to something more understandable, do anyone of you own a Nintendo Wii? If you do, have you guys tried out the game titled "Wario Land"??? Have a look at this video.

Malacca Trip - Part 2 of 2

Continuing from yesterday's post, let's continue from where we left. After the ride, we went and check in to our 3 star hotel, Accordian Hotel located just right above Pizza Hut and is the same row as BayView Hotel.

Room number is 207.

This is the overview of the room. It looks small however we don't really mind as we are only here for one night.

The outside view of the room. It's actually in Malacca town so everything is within walking distance explaining why the trip is full of walking. LOL

We rested while waiting for another friend to bring us for Satay Celup. We left the hotel around 7pm and headed for Satay Celup.

Next was supposed to be Jonker Street but unfortunately Jonker Street is only open from Friday to Sunday. However we went back to our rooms to have a rest. Around 1.30am we went out and headed towards McDonalds located in Dataran Pahlawan. I tell you, the crowd there is huge eventhough it's late in the night.

The next morning, we are suppose to head back KL early because one of my friend needs to catch a bus back to Ipoh. Had "Dim Sum" for breakfast and it was the most reasonable "Dim Sum" I have ever had. 6 person and it only cost RM32. Believe it or not???

Just look at the amount of food consumed just for 6 person and it only cost RM32. Well it was a well worth breakfast and quite a filling one too.

Well, that's all for the one day Malacca Trip. Will update the blog if there are anymore new trips. :)

Malacca Trip - Part 1 of 2

Well, back from the Malacca trip. Overall it was a fun trip laughing every second and walking instead of driving around Malacca. Yes, I mean WALK. As the saying goes, picture speaks a thousand words so here are some of the pics taken during the trip.

This is the crazy driver. He got tired of using hand and end up using the leg to steer while SMS-ing. (p/s: Picture taken under controlled conditions. Please do not try this at home or rather car. :P) When we reached Malacca, we head towards our first destination. The famous chicken rice ball.

Yum yum. The food was good and price is quite reasonable. Oh ya, this shop is located in Jonker's Street and named "Famous Chicken Rice Ball". Next stop is the cendol stall since the weather is superbly hot and considering that we are walking.

The cendol melted when it reached our table, but it was not bad. Next destination is the newly build "Menara Taming Sari". This is a tower which has a carriage that brings us up to 80 meter high and from there we can basically see the whole Malacca.

Home Theatre System - Mwah Dream

You know, owning a PA System and a Home Theatre System has always been my dream. Imagine having this in my own bedroom....

Ahhh....the beauty of the mixer....ain't it nice to have one of these in your bedroom. I am sure most of you will not agree but to whoever who actually knows how to handle a PA system, then my guess is that you would also want to own one of this...hahaha....

yeah the pics quality is not good...but whatever....it's a YAMAHA PA model btw in my church and i handle it.... :)

Enough about PA System....now to the dream Home Theatre System...

A Sony DVD Home Theatre System - DAV-DZ870KW priced at RM 2999.00....WOOT!!!! I like....now is anyone out there willing to buy it for me?? I swear I will be grateful... :P

LYN Kopitiam - The fun place to be

LYN's Kopitiam section actually has many entertainment value besides threads that exist for a few seconds before it gets deleted by the moderators.

Well, what i meant by entertainment is the postings made by the people there. I guess those who frequent Kopitiam will actually understand what I mean. Threads such as girl stalking and especially political related threads will have an increase in posts. You can just spend hours to read the same thread and continue clicking the F5 button until the cow comes home but the post will never seems to end. Kopitards (or that's what we call them) usually are opposition supporters and any government supporters will actually be flamed.

Well, there are some threads that ask for some serious answer and the "Serious Talk" tag will be shown. However, these are the threads that will tend to get the least post and will be buried within the pages of the whole sub section. If amazingly the thread survives in the first page, usually there will be crappy answers or the /i/nvasion of /b/ will happen. That is why there is a new subforum titled "Kopitiam Q & A" where you can ask questions and "expects" a proper answer...LOL...(p/s: if you are wondering what is /b/ or /i/, lurk more in Kopitiam.... :P )

Then there are chat threads where there will be many versions of it. Some popular chat thread will occasionally spring up a new version after the previous version is full of posting. As the name goes, these threads exist for people to gather and chat. That's why the post increase faster than light can travel....lol....

Occasionally there will be threads that are called "LEGENDARY THREAD".....These are the threads that exist for a short moment where they claim to be "A Legendary Thread in Making" but will end up being deleted by moderators or being flamed till closure of thread.
